Hi, I am Melissa Kemper and I am the Farm and Residential specialist for Ashcraft Real Estate Services, Inc.  I initially received my associate's license in the mid-80's, but pursued other avenues before returning to the real estate business in 2003 and received my Broker's License in 2007.  I previously worked with Tisch Realty of Owenton, before coming on board here in August of 2007.
